Today’s engagement session has some of my favorite things: a hidden waterfall, fall foliage, and two people completely in love! The falls hold special meaning for Casi and Andrew because it is where Andrew popped the question to Casi with her Great Aunt’s vintage engagement ring! I can’t think of a more romantic spot to get engaged and it was absolutely perfect for their session. With only the occasional hiker passing by, we had these beautiful falls almost completely to ourselves during the session. I found out that I have far less agility and balance when carrying all my gear – so I hung back while these two cuties did the climbing! 🙂
After exploring the falls, we had the chance to walk around the historic district where we stopped for a coffee break/picnic before making our way to the overlook just as the sun was setting. They even brought a thermos and blanket! Do these two look sharp or what?! Casi has such an eye for style and color! I just LOVE a bride who thinks of everything.
