Lindsey and Hunter’s intimate wedding with just 15 guests was one of the coolest I have had the chance of photographing. It was a Wednesday in May and the weather was perfect in Annapolis. Hunter’s Aunt graciously hosted and styled the wedding at her waterfront home. Knowing they wanted the day to feel laid back and relaxed, they opted for an afternoon ceremony without a strict start and end time. Instead of the typical separate getting-ready time, they decided to spend that time together and I seriously can’t think of a better way to start the day. Lindsey wore a stunning lace, cap-sleeved topper paired with a sweeping silk skirt. Keeping the scenery of the home and the view as the focal point of the day, they chose whimsical white + peach-toned flowers for the bouquet and ceremony decor.
They walked down the aisle hand-in-hand and shared their vows in front of their closest family members. In lieu of a traditional sit-down dinner, they celebrated with passed hors d’oeuvre and champagne.
Congratulations to the newlyweds!
