Madeleine and Andrew’s wedding at the Josephine Butler Parks Center in DC was absolutely breathtaking! You couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful view or location. The historic mansion that overlooks Meridian Hill/Malcolm X park held both their ceremony and reception. Between the architectural detail and my beautiful clients, I was in photographer heaven! It was an honor to document their special day!
Madeleine’s bridesmaids each wore a different style gray dress which worked so well against the yellow venue walls! And I still can’t get over those flowers! Yes, those are succulents in their bouquets. Nicely done, Willow Oak flower and herb farm!
We were able to get a few minutes across the street in the park for portraits before a thunderstorm came through. Rain seemed rather fitting as it is Madeleine’s favorite weather!
Seriously with the dress detail?? I die! Just the perfect amount of sparkle. Madeleine absolutely rocked this sleek, open-back gown.
