Your mindset and the beliefs that you hold around your business and your life are so crucial. Your mindset essentially creates your reality and influences the outcomes in your business. Let’s walk through three mindset shifts you should consider to reframe your mindset in Q4 of this year!
Unlink Time from Success
As we close in on the end of the year, it will begin to feel like you’re running out of time. This is why we need to unlink time from success. The more time spent on a task doesn’t necessarily equate to it’s success, yet we often believe that. You do not need a ton of time to achieve the success you want.
Decide On the Story You’re Going to Tell Yourself
When we believe something, again, it becomes our reality. When you tell yourself a story, you’ll begin to believe it as truth. This directly impacts your self-awareness, which directly impacts your growth. When you decide to tell yourself the story that you want in truth, you’ll begin to see progress.
A great checkin question for your mindset is to ask, “Is this true?” Ultimately, this question empowers you and your mindset.
Revisit Your Daily Routines to Support Your Mindset
